Complete Partnership

Our most extensive offering! This is for those who are looking for a Head Planner & Designer from the moment you are engaged through the wedding day(s). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • (Optional) Have all wedding expenses (including vendor contracts) go through Kokate Events

  • Comprehensive budget and planning timeline

  • Book & negotiate all vendor contracts relating to the wedding day(s) including venue, invitations, transportation, insurance, catering, hotel blocks, officiant, decor, etc.

  • Attend ALL vendor meetings

  • Provide designs and concepts to make your wedding unique

  • Provide backups and troubleshooting for the wedding

  • Create and maintain wedding website and invitations/RSVPs

  • Personal Styling - attend dress and other outfit/accessories fittings for the couple, wedding parties, and other VIPs

  • Plan and coordinate rehearsal dinner and departure brunch

  • Unlimited meetings and phone/email correspondence

  • Execute the wedding from deliveries, set-up, implementation, and take-down

Starting at $10,000

Extensive Partnership

For the couple that knows what they want but need support from Kokate Events! This is for those who are looking for a Head Planner & Designer but have figured out some logistics such as venue and dress. This includes:

  • Comprehensive budget and planning timeline

  • Book & negotiate some vendors relating to the wedding day(s) including transportation, insurance, catering, hotel blocks, officiant, decor, etc.

  • Attend ALL vendor meetings

  • Provide designs and concepts to make your wedding unique

  • Provide backups and troubleshooting for the wedding

  • Plan and coordinate rehearsal dinner

  • Unlimited meetings and phone/email correspondence

  • Execute the wedding from deliveries, set-up, implementation, and take-down

Simple Partnership

Have figured it out but don’t feel like executing? This is for those who want an expert to make last-minute suggestions and implement the wedding so you can relax and focus on what’s important: you! This starts ~2 months before your wedding and includes:

  • Plan and tweak timeline

  • Discuss and finalize logistics of how the wedding will be executed

  • Coordinate rehearsal

  • Coordinate decor to make your wedding unique

  • Unlimited meetings and phone/email correspondence starting 2 months before the wedding

  • Execute the wedding from deliveries, set-up, implementation, and take-down

Quick Consultation

Don’t know where to start or want to make sure you have everything figured out? Have a thorough in-person planning session with our Head Planner or Designer. This is great for people who simply want to bounce ideas or ensure they aren’t missing anything without having to budget for a full service wedding package. Topics can include:

Engagement Partnership

Want to propose but need help doing so? Kokate Events is happy to fully plan and implement your proposal so you can worry less about the details. This is also a great way to connect with a wedding planner so you can decide if they are a right fit for you! Our Engagement Partnership includes all the planning, design, logistics, and execution of the proposal! This means we will scout the perfect location, learn about your and your significant other, find unique proposal ideas to cater to you both, and ensure it goes off without any issues!
