Complete Partnership

Our most extensive offering! This is for those who are looking for a Head Planner & Designer from beginning to end. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • (Optional) Have all expenses (including vendor contracts) go through Kokate Events

  • Comprehensive budget and planning timeline

  • Book & negotiate all vendor contracts including venue, transportation, insurance, catering, decor, etc.

  • Attend ALL vendor meetings

  • Provide designs and concepts to make your event unique

  • Provide backups and troubleshooting

  • Unlimited meetings and phone/email correspondence

  • Execute the event from deliveries, set-up, implementation, and take-down

Simple Partnership

Have figured it out but don’t feel like executing? This is for those who want an expert to make last-minute suggestions and implement the event so you can relax! This starts ~2 months before the event and includes, but is not limited to:

  • Plan and tweak timeline

  • Discuss and finalize logistics of how the event will be executed

  • Coordinate decor to make your event unique

  • Unlimited meetings and phone/email correspondence starting 2 months before the event

  • Execute the event from deliveries, set-up, implementation, and take-down
